HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?
It's best to arrive early if you are able to. This gives you time to fill out the required intake form for informed consent and so the therapist can know about any conditions you may have that could be contraindicative to massage.
Appoint time includes any pre massage interview and intake time that takes up the appointment hour itself. So all the more important to be punctual.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?
Please reach out at least 24 hrs in advance if you need to cancel. Anything after that is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged a no show charge. (If paid full in advance, there is no refund)
One time allowance will be given to those who are specifically asking to reschedule.
Please try to understand, a no call/no show is time that could have been given to another paying customer, and that is time that cannot be taken back.
ENDING A SESSION EARLY
Once the session begins If you need to end a session early for any reason you will still be charged for the full time of the appointment.

The Massage Therapist also reserves the right to end a session early if the client is acting inappropriately & ignores warnings from therapist.
APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR DURING THE SESSION.
The comfort and care of the client is the utmost priority of any massage therapist.
If you experience any physical or emotional discomfort, please never be afraid to let us know. And if any boundaries are crossed, please feel free to contact appropriate channels. From the building manager to local authorities and licensing boards.
Please also keep in mind, this trust also goes both ways. Any inappropriate behavior or comments by a client toward the therapist will not be tolerated either.
